The HRIPT (Human Repeated Insult Patch) Test is performed to evaluate the possibility of allergic reaction, sensitization and irritation that may arise from skin care, cosmetics and personal care products. In the process of obtaining approval for the delivery of cosmetic products to the consumer, it undergoes various evaluations in terms of safety.

Cosmetic products, which are evaluated in terms of physico-chemical, stability, impurity rate, exposure rate, microbiological aspects, are also evaluated in terms of irritation and allergy with various tests, and the results are accepted as an indicator of the safety of the products.

HRIPT Test Purpose:
Verification of skin compatibility and potential for irritation, sensitization and contact allergy of cosmetic products.
Planning:
Duration of study: 6 weeks.
Methodology:
Confirmation of the absence of sensitivity.
Procedure:
START PHASE: 3 weeks in a row
REST PHASE: No application of products - At least one week (maximum 4 weeks)
